Blair is a producer and developer of theatre and live performance whose experience ranges from fringe festivals to Broadway shows. His most recent projects include Lizard Boy by Justin Huertas, For Tonight by Shenelle Salcido and Spencer Williams, the Tony-nominated Slave Play by Jeremy O. Harris, and the concept recordings of TikTok sensation EPIC the Musical which has over 90 million streams on Spotify. Other projects as co-producer / investor include The Wiz (National Tour/Broadway 2023), Sweeney Todd (Immersive Off-Broadway 2017), Gyspy with Imelda Staunton (West End 2014) . Blair is Co-President of the Board of New York Theatre Barn, Vice Chair of the Board of The New Harmony Project, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Goodspeed Musicals. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Technical Theatre/Stage Management.
BLAIR RUSSELL - FOUNDER / LEAD PRODUCER
Nicolo Nisbett has over three decades of global experience in sales, marketing, business development, and consulting, spanning various industries and regions. Beginning his career in corporate finance in the UK with a US investment bank, Nicolo swiftly transitioned to sales and marketing, leading the launch of cutting-edge software into new markets across the UK, EMEA, and North America.

A true internationalist, Nicolo's work has taken him across North America and Europe, leveraging his multi-language skills to foster client relationships worldwide. His educational background includes degrees from The London School of Economics and language certifications in French, Italian, and Spanish.
NICOLO NISBETT - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ido is a producer, project manager, and entertainment professional with experience spanning from digital realms to Broadway stages. His notable endeavors include serving as a co-producer for the Tony-nominated "The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window" and working as an Associate Producer for the 2022 & 2021 Jimmy Awards®. An Israeli immigrant and a proud alumnus of USC, Ido’s roots trace back to the innovation hub of Silicon Valley, enriching his perspective in the world of theatrical production.
IDO GAL - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Nikki started her theater path in Richmond, VA studying Stage Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. She spent 8 years in Denver, Colorado where she found her love for the mountains and photography while working as the Aramark Facilities General Manager for the Broncos Stadium for 5 seasons. She is currently living in Michigan near family, and is excited to work with Blair Russell Productions!
NIKKI MALLOY - ARTISTIC ADMINISTRATOR
Has more than 10 years of experience in the field of performing arts. He has developed work as a choreographer, director, dancer, and actor. He is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara with a degree in performing arts for dance.
